Received this missal as a birthday present and it's very helpful. I use it almost every day for Lectio Divina and mental prayer, as well as every time I'm at Mass. I'm fairly new to missals so I can't speak of what this specific choice offers over others in terms of content, but it contains prayers for before and after Mass; the rites of Baptism, Confirmation, Marriage, and Penance; several litanies; as well as the Way of the Cross, among other things. The hard cover is a plus, providing some stability, easily being allowing it to be held in one hand. My order was shipped right away and arrived four days later. It arrived encased in plastic wrap and the ribbons were tucked in the pages so as not to damage them. An image of Our Lady was included with a note on the back.
